A unique program of multi functional and small spaces along with an understanding client lead to a small vernacular looking structure with a lot of interesting spaces. A simple partially load bearing structure exposes the way it is constructed. A small niche inside the house, which was an offshoot of the roof slope, is the most liked part of the Latkar family.
